Ronen Barel has been EY Israel’s Chairman since 2007 and is a member of the American Executive Board of Americas. Since becoming a partner of EY Israel in 1991, he has been focusing on large companies, specifically public companies in Israel and abroad. His former clients include Israel Lighterage and Supply, Kerur Holding Ltd., Jafora-Tabori, Evergreen and Yeda Research and Development Company. Between 2000 and 2007, Ronen served as Managing Partner of EY Israel and was, prior to that, a partner for nine years.
Yoram is a managing partner at EY Israel. In the past, he has served as head of the high-tech practice, which is the largest of its kind in Israel. Yoram has over 20 years’ experience in providing services to hundreds of large companies, start-ups and public high-tech companies. He has assisted numerous companies on various matters including management consulting regarding growth and business management. He has also helped entrepreneurs and start-ups build strategies, raise capital and increase revenues. He has advised on numerous M&A transactionand IPOs on NASDAQ and stock exchanges in Europe and Tel-Aviv.
Doron joined EY Israel in 1986. He became a partner in 1992 and a managing partner in 2007. Throughout his career at EY, Doron has been assisting major Israeli companies, providing them with consulting related to business, tax and accounting. Doron has accompanied IPOs of Israeli companies on the Tel-Aviv and New York stock exchanges.
