We want our clients to benefit from a highly integrated global structure. This means eliminating silos and bringing the best of what our organization has to offer to clients through borderless teaming across service lines, industries and geographies.

Our communities

We believe the most significant impact we can have on society is by supporting economic stability and growth. The EOY Program India is our marquee annual initiative that is recognized among the most premier business awards in the country. We also have in place the EY Foundation (EYF) - a not-for-profit organization engaged in community-oriented initiatives. Our CSR initiatives span close to 2,000 villages. EYF supports empowerment of rural families across more than 1,900 villages reaching out to 150,000 families. Our education-focused programs include Creating the next generation of achievers (a student scholarship program), Toon Masti: Making learning joyful, Project Vidya, Smart Class program and Supporting admission in private schools under the 25% Right to Education (RTE) quota.   • Sponsor a child’s education: 105 employees supporting 456 students (April 2014–March 2015)
  • My NGO program: 158 employees supporting 70 NGOs (April 2014–March 2015)
  • Payroll giving program: More than 1,600 employees contributed more than INR 105Lakh (April 2014–March 2015)
  • Clothes donation drive: More than 30,000 kg of clothes donated
  • 2,889 of our employees volunteered 8,816 hours of their time toward community contributions
  • Voluntary blood donation camps: 948 people across our offices donated blood
