The Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive was agreed on in June and published on 19 July. This Directive contains provisions that will significantly change Luxembourg’s tax legislation. Anja Taferner, Executive Director, International Tax, will discuss the content of the Directive and compare its elements with the OECD BEPS recommendations and potential implications on Luxembourg.

The training will be focused on the following key topics:

1. Private Equity and Venture Capital according to the new IPEV guidelines

2. Infrastructure valuation

3. Real Estate

This three-day program is targeted at directors, conducting officers, depositaries and all professionals who are developing procedures and overseeing the application of various valuation methodologies in their organizations. The participation is limited to a maximum of 30 people to ensure an effective training delivery. EY Luxembourg have decided to introduce a registration fee of €1,600 which also covers the cost of all materials for the course.

In order to celebrate it, IIA Luxembourg organize an Half-Day Conference at the prestigious “19 Liberté” building of the Banque et Caisse d’Epargne Luxembourg.
