Six professionals admitted to partnership as of 1 July 2014 at EY Luxembourg
The Country Leadership Committee of EY Luxembourg, is proud to announce the admission of six of its professionals to partnership, of which one professional to the rank of Partner and five professionals to the rank of Directeur Associé as of 1 July 2014.
Stephen d’Errico admitted as Partner in the Tax Practice.
|Stephen, 43, French, holds a master in business law from the University of Paris-Ouest (France). He started his career with EY France in 1997 and worked for the EY Global firm in New York from 2002 to 2005. Stephen joined the EY Luxembourg Tax practice in 2013 and has acquired a large experience in the fields of corporate implementation of international tax reorganizations, M&A transactions, as well as management of international projects over the past 17 years.|
Jean-Baptiste Barberot admitted as Tax Directeur Associé in the International Tax Practice.
|Jean-Baptiste, 38, French, graduated in law from the University of Paris II in 2000, followed by an LL.M. in Banking and Financial Law from the Boston University School of Law in 2002. He joined EY Luxembourg in 2005 and has been based in New York since 2008. Jean-Baptiste has specialized in structuring, coordinating and implementing cross-border corporate transactions. Jean-Baptiste is representing EY Luxembourg as part of the EY Luxembourg foreign desk in the United States. Based in New York, he serves our local clients and also coordinates corporate international restructurings for U.S. and Canadian clients.|
Renaud Breyer admitted as Advisory Directeur Associé in the Financial Accounting Advisory and Reporting Practice.
|Renaud, 39, French, holds a Masters in Tax and Law from a French business school. He joined EY Luxembourg in 2000. With a wide experience in audit and in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Renaud has specialized in advising clients on financial and investor reporting, particularly for alternative investment structures and funds. Strongly involved at INREV. Renaud is ACCA certified.|
Oliver Clöss, admitted as Audit Directeur Associé in the Securitization Practice.
|Oliver, 42, German, graduated from the Johan Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main (Germany). He joined EY in 2011 and has 14 years of experience in external audit of Luxembourg banks and securitization companies promoted by banks and asset managers. He coordinates the EY Luxembourg securitization practice. Oliver is a Certified Public Accountant (IRE) in Luxembourg and Wirtschaftsprüfer in Germany.|
Vincent Galand, admitted as Advisory Directeur Associé in the Financial Services practice.
|Vincent, 44, Belgian, graduated from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (ULB). He further holds a Master Degree in Quantitative Management and Research Methods (VUB). He joined EY in 2011. Vincent brings with him over 19 years in risk management. At EY Luxembourg, Vincent has specialized in financial risk management for credit institutions related to the Global Prudential Reform and in the implementation of Basel III / CRD IV & CRR and other related topics. Vincent has a FRM certification from GARP.|
Hans van Haelst, admitted as Tax Directeur Associé in the Transaction Tax practice.
|Hans, 40, Belgian, holds a law degree of the University of Antwerp (Belgium) and a master degree in Tax Administration of the Solvay Business School, part of the French speaking University of Brussels (Belgium). He joined EY Luxembourg in 2012. Hans has specialized in international taxation with predominantly the Belgian and Luxembourg EY member firms over the 17 past years. Hans has a specific pan-European focus on intellectual property rights and holding companies and financing for multinational clients and a country focus on Luxembourg. As part of the Transaction Tax team, Hans assists Private Equity houses and multinationals groups in their internal reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions.|
