“5 at 5” Fridays
EY’s “5 at 5” on the last Friday of the month is our work-life balance initiative where our people can knock off earlier to exercise, pick up a hobby, spend quality time with loved ones or simply just chill!
You can play a part to give back to those in need by actively volunteering your time and skills to support our annual charity programs such as the American-Malaysian Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM)’s Young Enterprise (YE) program, the Edge Education Foundation’s Money and Me programme , charity runs, and blood donation drives.
A recreational society managed by EY-ians for EY-ians. We aim to foster unity amongst our people as we promote healthy and fun social, cultural and recreational activities. The activities range from sports (Intra-EY Games, IAFG Games), treasure hunts, social nights to board games and festive celebrations.
Intra-EY Games: EY-ians are very passionate about sports. Hence, we organize this annual event to encourage healthy challenges, promote team spirit as well as to select talent for the annual Inter-Accounting Firms Games (IAFG).
IAFG: This is a much anticipated annual event where EY will compete with other accounting firms in Malaysia. In 2015, we were the organisers of the IAFG. When we are not organizing this event, Kelab EY acts as the bridge to connect and communicate with the organizer, sports captains and the firm.
