Mark Loveday


Mark is the leader of the New Zealand transfer pricing group which comprises 11 professionals providing a full range of transfer pricing assistance to clients across all industries.

Previous experience

Mark has been providing international tax advisory services for 23 years, particularly in the area of transfer pricing. His clients include New Zealand corporates and large multinational companies operating in New Zealand. Mark has particular expertise in transfer pricing within the automotive, pharmaceutical, software, financial services and insurance sectors. His work covers all aspects of transfer pricing, including planning advice as well as compliance assistance.


Mark is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. He holds a BCOM/LLB from Auckland University as well as a Diploma in Personal Financial Planning from Massey University.


Mark is a keen skier and enjoys fishing and rugby.
