| Andy Baldwin |
Area Managing Partner - EMEIA
Andy began his career with EY in 1993 and became a partner in 2000. In 2010, he was appointed to his previous role as Regional Managing Partner for EY’s EMEIA Financial Services Organisation (FSO). Andy was also Chair of the Global FSO Markets Executive, and a regular contributor in print and broadcast media. He is a member of EY’s Global Executive and EMEIA Operating Executive. Andy has a degree in Economics from Sheffield University, and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
| Seshni Samuel |
Seshni is responsible for ensuring EY retains its leading reputation as an employer of choice and that employees feel excited, proud and engaged to be part of this global organization. Seshni was most recently Africa Talent leader, having joined EY South Africa in 2005 where she was instrumental in setting up Africa's SAP implementation assurance business. She consults and advises on all Talent and Organization-related matters including large organizational change readiness, management and employee engagement. Her background in IT and SAP implementation enables her to tie-in easily HR innovation and process to practical and workable business solutions.
| Hanne Jesca-Bax |
A member of the firm’s EMEIA Operations Executive, she is responsible for leading EY’s integrated go-to-market and client service strategies across EMEIA. Hanne Jesca is active in client service, leading our services to Heineken globally and Liberty Global in EMEIA. Besides having account leadership roles, she leads transformational programmes (e.g. operating model changes, D&I and cultural change).

David was previously EMEIA Financial Services Advisory Leader for six years, and has also led a number of other practice areas. Before joining the firm in 2004, he worked for PwC and IBM in financial services consulting. He has over 25 years’ experience working with global clients in both mature and emerging markets in performance improvement, finance transformation and risk management. Over the past two years he has been central to the development of our digital, analytics and cyber capabilities.
| Jean-Yves Jégourel |
Jean-Yves previously served as the Americas Vice Chair for Risk Management. Before that, he was the Assurance Professional Practice Leader in EMEIA, with responsibility for monitoring quality and risk management. Prior to that, he led Assurance and Advisory services for Ernst & Young France/Luxembourg, and was a member of the Executive Committee there. Jean-Yves is also the Global Client Service Partner for Vivendi and Air Liquide.

York was appointed EMEIA Tax Leader in January 2015 after serving as EMEIA Deputy Tax Leader since July 2013. Prior to serving on the EMEIA Tax leadership team, York was EY’s Tax Leader of the Germany, Switzerland, Austria Region and the Region’s Business Tax Services Leader. Since 2002 York has been the Global Tax Account Leader of a German DAX 30 company.

Transaction Advisory Services
Andrea was previously the Mediterranean Region Transaction Advisory Services Managing Partner and also led a major business unit within Transaction Advisory Services globally. He has been with EY for nearly 20 years working in audit, corporate finance and transactions roles. Andrea played a key role in the major growth of the EY in the Mediterranean Region with a focus on client work with major accounts. He has worked with clients in the UK, US and in the Mediterranean region.

Ajen was previously the Assurance leader for Africa and Head of Audit, South Africa before that. Having joined the firm in 1993, he was made Partner in 1999 and Entrepreneurial Services leader in 2001.

Central and South Europe (CSE)
Jacek is a senior Tax professional and has been a client service partner for many years. He became CSE North Cluster Leader in September 2013, and before taking on the role as Polish CMP in January 2014, he was both Polish and CSE Tax and Law Leader. His clients include both top-end Polish accounts, such as PKN Orlen, Polish Oil & Gas Company, Lotos, PGE, Tauron and key multinationals, including Kraft, Vattenfall, HeilelbergCement and Apache.

Commonwealth of Independent States
Joe was appointed Regional Managing Partner for the CIS in January 2014. Joe has worked extensively in numerous countries on some of the biggest clients in the world. Joe’s experience is based on auditing of clients in the industrial, consumer and retail sectors in Australia, Indonesia and Russia. In addition to practice management experience and regular client engagements, Joe has capital markets experience, extensive experience in initiating and managing quality and risk management initiatives, and alignment of the Firm’s Global and Area strategies.

Algeria, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Morocco and Tunisia (FraMaLux)
Jean-Pierre joined EY in 1985. In 1986, he created the Lille office and has headed up the French Strategic Growth Market practice since 1994, becoming a board Director of EY France in 2000 and of the SEE in 2005. He is a member of the MEDEF (French business association made up of the senior management of all top French firms). He also heads the Entrepreneur of the Year Award Programme in France and is co-founder of the French “Entrepreneur’s Day” Association.

FSO (Financial Services Office)
Marcel Van Loo has over 27 years’ experience in professional services, 10 years of which have been spent outside his home country, The Netherlands –in Brussels, Chicago and London. He has held a number of leadership positions, including EY Country Managing Partner in the Netherlands, EMEIA FS Banking & Capital Markets Leader, and a member of the Global Banking & Capital Markets Steering Committee. As a senior audit partner, he was Global Lead Audit Partner for multinational clients such as ING and ABN AMRO, and he has led major advisory relationships with clients, including RBS. He is a member of the EMEIA Executive Board and the Global Practice Group.

GSA (Germany, Switzerland and Austria)
Julie is a member of the EMEIA Operations Executive and the Executive Board of EY Germany. Julie has served in different leadership roles within EY, such as EMEIA Growth Markets Leader and most recently as EMEIA Accounts Leader. She has more than 25 years’ experience working in professional services and has been with EY for over 15 years. She became partner in 2002. Julie has served for years as an international tax advisor, before beginning her career in assurance, as an audit partner, and has enjoyed many years of successful client service experience, including our largest global accounts. Julie is very much engaged in EY’s Woman Fast Forward programme and initiated Women3. The Power of Three. She is equally passionate about the transformational power of digitalisation and related change management process within EY and our clients’ businesses.

Rajiv is a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Assurance, Tax and Corporate Finance. He established EY India's TAS practice in the late 1990s and, since 2002, EY India has been named by Bloomberg as M&A leader in India based on number of transactions. Rajiv is affiliated with a number of prominent business and industry associations, including the World Economic Forum’s New Asian Leaders.

Donato joined the firm in 1984 as auditor in the Milan office, becoming Partner and Corporate Finance leader in 1996, and Partner in charge of the Public Sector in 1997. He led the Italian Business Advisory Services (BAS) practice from 2000 to 2005 before being named BAS leader of the former CWE Area from 2005 to 2008. Donato served as the Mediterranean Accounts & Business Development leader for two years prior to his recent appointment as Sub-Area Managing Partner. His industry experience includes extensive work in both power and utilities and government and public sectors and he is a member of the Italian C.P.A. Board and Associate of the Italian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Middle East and North Africa (MENA)
For more than 20 years, Abdulaziz has provided assurance, tax and business advisory services to a range of private and public sector organisations in the financial services, energy, petrochemicals, manufacturing, trading and services sectors. He has long-standing relationships within the MENA business community and strong ties with the public and private sector in Saudi Arabia, the Sub-Area's largest market. Abdulaziz is Vice Chairman of the Saudi Accounting Association and a member of the Saudi Organisation of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He joined EY’s Riyadh office in 1986 and was appointed Country Managing Partner for Saudi Arabia in 2009.

Erik rejoined EY in 2003, working with clients such as DNB, one of the largest Nordic banks, and the largest Norwegian private investor group Ferd. Previously he served as the leader of the Nordic IFRS Desk and was the auditor of Norway's two largest corporations - the energy company Statoil and the telecommunications operator company Telenor.
