Chairman and UK&I Managing Partner
Steve has over 20 years experience advising clients in various sectors, including Government and Public Services, Pharmaceuticals and Oil & Gas. He joined EY in 2005 to lead the firm's Advisory business. He was made managing partner in July 2011 and is currently responsible for leading the firm's UK & Ireland business and people. Steve is also a founding member of the Social Business Trust, a partnership of world-class businesses who combine their resources and expertise to accelerate the growth of social enterprise in the UK.

Chief Operating Officer
Lynn has spent her entire career in professional services. She has been a partner at EY since 2001, appointed to the UK & Ireland leadership team as Deputy COO in 2012. In January 2015, Lynn was announced as COO, whilst working flexibly, four days a week. Lynn has had an extensive and diverse range of client experiences throughout her career, having worked with a number of FTSE 100 companies and Private Equity houses, specialising in the delivery of Corporate Finance services.

UK Managing Partner, Markets
Jon has more than 25 years’ experience advising clients from a wide range of sectors and industries, including a number of FTSE 100 infrastructure, power and utilities, private equity and banking clients. Jon previously led EY’s UK Transaction Advisory Services practice, specialising in complex, cross-border, multi-jurisdiction transactions, and is now responsible for extending EY’s UK market penetration.

Chief Innovation Officer
Harry is UK and Ireland Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for ensuring EY uses digital technologies to support its clients’ transformations and launch innovative new services. Prior to this, Harry was Managing Partner of the UK and Ireland’s Advisory business. He has over 25 years’ consulting experience helping organisations make major changes involving strategy, process, people and IT. He is also a Trustee of the STEM Skills trust.

UK&I Advisory Service Line Leader
Steve leads our Advisory business and has been on the UK&I management team for the last four years. His previous roles include Markets Leader and managing the UK and Ireland’s consumer products practice. Steve has 20 years’ consulting experience leading Global consumer products, FTSE 100 retailers, technology and oil and gas organisations. He has worked with over 15 of the largest 30 Fortune 500 CPG organisations on their commercial agenda, and helped a number of drinks organisations implement tax efficient supply chain and brand operations, and post-merger integrations, including Brewers.

Hywel is the Assurance Service Line leader with over 25 years experience in the audit practice, and is lead partner on two of the firm's FTSE 100 audit clients. Hywel has been the EMEIA Sector Leader for Energy, Chemical and Utilities and, for the past four years, has been the Senior Partner for Scotland.

UK&I Transaction Advisory Services Managing Partner
Having joined EY in 1990 as a Graduate Trainee, Steve became a Partner in 2001 and moved into EY’s Transaction Support practice. As a Partner he has provided transaction advisory services to a wide range of corporate and private equity clients. He is now Managing Partner for EY's UK&I Transaction Advisory Services business, having previously held positions as Head of Transaction Support for the UK (2010-2015), EMEIA Transaction Support leader (2013-2016) and COO for UK&I Transaction Advisory Services (2015-2016). Steve has worked on a wide range of cross-border deals around the world, including in the US, Germany, China, France, Italy, Turkey, and Norway, and in diverse industries, including business services, consumer products and aviation.

Tax Service Line Leader
Jason is EY’s UK & Ireland Managing Partner for Tax. During a 20 year career with EY, he has worked across many areas of the firm’s tax practice in London, the Midlands and New York. He was previously Tax Markets Leader for the UK & Ireland, with overall responsibility for the tax markets agenda, including client service and business development. He has also led the Business Tax Services team and worked extensively in international tax, advising a broad range of clients.

Managing Partner for Talent
Maggie is responsible for developing our people strategy, ensuring that our culture is leading edge and that we are the employer of choice in our industry. She has been working in forensic accounting since 1995, specialising in dispute advisory, including estimating quantum and loss of profits claims. Maggie works flexibly, four days a week, is a diversity and inclusiveness champion and an accredited coach for high performance, with a special focus on learning and development.

Lisa is the Q&RM Leader with responsibility for all quality and risk management matters throughout our Service Lines and functions. She is also General Counsel for the UK & Ireland; a position she has held since 2006. Lisa also sits on the global Claims Committee.

National Markets Leader
Debbie leads EY's National Markets practice, focused on building our regional business. National Markets comprises all our regional UK offices. Debbie is a senior audit partner with significant experience of FTSE 100/250 clients in the UK and internationally. She has 25 years’ experience, including 13 as a partner and two in industry. Debbie has spent her career focused on the regional market, having worked in Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle, and is now based in our Reading office. Debbie is a Trustee of the EY Foundation

Ireland Managing Partner
Mike joined EY in 1986 and has been a TAS partner for 14 years. He was Managing Partner of the Belfast office from 2001 -2008 during which time the practice trebled in size. In 2008, Mike was appointed Head of Markets for EY Ireland and in 2009 became Managing Partner of the Irish firm.

London Market Segment Leader
Caroline is the London Market Segment Leader and a Global Client Service Partner on various London headquartered businesses, including significant listed retail, transport and leisure businesses. Caroline is a senior Tax Partner and has worked in professional services in London for over 27 years. She manages EY’s strategic partnerships with many leading business focused organisations, and is a member of the Advisory committee working on the economic development plan for London, a joint venture between London First and City Hall, which has representation from a wide variety of London businesses.

Financial Services – UK Leader
Omar leads our Financial Services business in the UK, and is responsible for a team of over 200 partners and 4000 staff dedicated to serving the Financial Services industry. Omar joined EY in 2001 and was admitted to the partnership in 2006. He previously led the UK Financial Services Banking Consulting business, and was UK Banking and Capital Markets Leader from 2012. Omar is responsible for some of EY’s largest clients.

Marketing and Communications Director for UK&I
As Marketing and Communications Director for EY UK&I, Bonnie is responsible for the overall brand, marketing and communications strategy. She has over 20 years of marketing experience and has worked across multiple industries and geographies. Most recently she was head of EMEIA consumer marketing at Accenture, before which she was at brand and design agency, Enterprise IG (part of WPP), working in both London and San Francisco. Her early career was spent at Simmons and Simmons and Thomson Global Markets.
