|Petr is a Partner in our Tax practice. He previously worked as Head of our Tax and Law practice in the CIS, based in Moscow, and has been practising tax for nearly 20 years in Moscow, Almaty and London. His extensive experience includes managing global projects for companies investing in Emerging Markets, as well as for Emerging Markets companies expanding outside their home territory. Petr speaks Russian, English and French, and has good relationship with key stakeholders and tax policy makers.|
|Tim is a Director in our Transaction Support Group focusing on inbound IPOs and buy- and sell-side financial due diligence transactions in the natural resources sector. Tim has lived and worked in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Georgia for over seven years, speaks fluent Russian and has led several large IPOs and financial due diligence projects for companies with assets in the CIS.|
|Stuart is an Executive Director and head of the UK Business Centre in EY’s Moscow office. His responsibilities also include being a senior advisor for financial institutions and government initiatives in Russia and the CIS.|
Stuart has 36 years’ banking experience, including 16 as CEO/Chairman of four banks in Russia, 25 years at Citibank with experience in 11 countries spanning both developed (England, Scotland, Greece, France, Norway, Italy and the USA) and emerging markets (Kenya, Puerto Rico, Russia), and 11 years as a senior credit officer.
|Andrey is a Director in EY's Advisory Group focusing on cross-border performance improvement opportunities in the natural resources sector. Andrey has lived and worked in Russia, Kazakhstan, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia where he has led several large complex performance improvement and transformation projects.|
|Natalia Pugach is an Director within the Business Modelling Group of EY's Transaction Advisory Services department. Natalia has been with EY for eight years and joined Business Modelling at the start of 2007 from the EY Moscow Business Advisory practice. For the past four years Natalia has been involved in major international Restructuring work as well as in IPOs and Working Capital assignments across CIS. Natalia is a native Russian speaker and has a good working knowledge of French and Italian.|
