Corporate restructuring

Our experienced team of lawyers have full legal capability to advise on most aspects of corporate reorganisations, understanding the complexity and challenges our clients face.

Our multi-disciplinary approach means our lawyers are coordinated across law, tax, accounting and advisory, so our clients needn't work with multiple advisers. Our extensive experience working with EY’s global law network also means we are able to anticipate how other countries’ laws can impact each stage of a project.

What we do:

  • Corporate reorganisations: we provide detailed step plans, due diligence, document drafting, project management, and preparation of closing agendas and post completion filings
  • We provide legal advice, from proof of concept to feasibility, to design and implementation.

Our lawyers have experience providing legal advice on single step projects, such as reductions of capital, loan waivers and distributions, up to complex restructuring projects such as pre- and post-deal reorganisations, new holding companies, hybrid refinancings, jurisdiction transfers, legal entity reduction, single entity structures, supply chain rationalisation and BEPS implementation.
