Phil heads up EY’s Strategy Practice in the UK. He has over 25 years’ industry and consulting experience, focused on the industrials sector. Phil and his team provide a full range of strategy support, including portfolio, growth and market entry strategy, target identification, commercial due diligence, merger planning and integration, for both private equity and industrial clients. An engineer by training, Phil has previously designed missiles at BAe, and held design and manufacturing roles at Michelin. Prior to joining EY, Phil was UK Managing Partner for A.T. Kearney. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Cranfield.

Executive Director, Healthcare and Lifesciences
Tony leads the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice in EY’s Strategy team. He has over 15 years’ consulting experience leading growth strategy, investment strategy, commercial due diligence, and market entry strategy work. Tony has led deals in healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, pharma services and medical devices. His clients include private equity funds and their portfolio companies, as well as large pharma and med tech firms. Tony has also advised NHS organisations on innovative partnerships with the private sector. Before joining EY, Tony led the Healthcare and Life Sciences due diligence practice at Deloitte and was previously at A.T. Kearney management consultants. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

Executive Director, Industrial Products
Daniel is part of EY’s Strategy team with a primary focus on deals in the industrial space. He has over 16 years’ experience advising financial investors and corporates on deals and strategy. Daniel’s experience spans a wide variety of situations (eg. buy-side, sell-side and strategic reviews) and industrial subsectors, including automotive, construction & building products, renewables & cleantech, and general manufacturing. He also applies a deal lens to deliver strategy health-checks of private equity portfolio companies. Daniel is a fluent German speaker. Before joining EY he spent 15 years at another major consultancy where he led several practice areas.

David has 20 years’ strategy consulting experience and leads our work in the consumer facing sectors. He advises corporate clients and investors on critical and complex business decisions. His work covers areas such as growth strategies, business planning, portfolio review / optimisation, M&A strategy and synergies, commercial due diligence, and restructuring. Before joining EY he was a Partner in the Retail, Consumer and Leisure team of a global consulting firm, based in London and Amsterdam.

Harry is a Partner in EY’s Strategy team in London. He focuses on the Business Services sector, working with private equity and corporate clients on growth strategy, commercial due diligence and transaction advice. Harry joined EY in 2005 to launch the strategy practice that now numbers close to 1000 professionals globally. Before joining EY, Harry spent 20 years at LEK Consulting, 7 as Partner. He has a BA Hons from Brasenose College, Oxford, and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. He currently sits on the Research Advisory Board of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.

Olivier is a Partner in EY’s Strategy team, where he leads the TMT sector. Olivier also leads the TMT practice for EY's Transaction Advisory Services in the UK. He has more than 25 years’ strategy consulting experience, the last 15 focussed on the TMT sector. Olivier focusses on business strategy, growth strategy and commercial due diligence. He has advised prominent TMT businesses and a wide variety of Private Equity funds across a number of countries. Before joining EY, Olivier worked at OC&C and co-led the U.K. office of Greenwich Consulting, the international TMT Strategy Boutique acquired by EY in 2013. Olivier holds an MSc in Engineering from École Centrale Paris and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. He is fluent in English and French.
