EY LLP receives three 2012 Association of Management Consulting Firms Awards

New York, 5 March 2012 — EY LLP was named the recipient of three 2012 Association of Management Consulting Firms (AMCF) awards during the AMCF’s inaugural awards gala dinner March 1 in New York. The awards, which celebrate excellence in consulting, recognized the firm’s Advisory Services’ client work in the areas of change management, finance and risk management and developing markets. EY LLP was the only organization to receive as many as three awards during the awards ceremony.

EY LLP was honored for its work for the following engagements:

  • Change management – EY LLP leveraged its deep, life-science-sector knowledge and large-project experience to help AstraZeneca implement a new data management system.
  • Finance and risk management – EY LLP helped Johnson Controls effectively design and implement a new finance and risk management to support an operation or business unit.
  • Developing markets – EY LLP collaborated with Ecopetrol S.A. to develop, design, and implement a new operating model that would be used across Latin America, the former Soviet Union, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Awards were given out in ten categories: Business Strategy, Change Management, Finance and Risk Management, Customer Engagement, Human Capital, Operational Performance, Corporate Social Responsibility/ Environmental, Transaction/Event-Driven, Technology Transformation, and Developing Markets. An independent, unbiased panel of judges assessed the quality of each submission and rigorously evaluated them against detailed selection criteria.
