Ernst & Young LLP today announced Nadia Brannon has joined its Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services (FIDS) practice as an Executive Director in the San Francisco office, where she will focus on expanding the firm’s forensic data analytics services. Brannon has more than 15 years of experience helping clients with fraud and financial crime investigations, civil litigation and regulatory matters.

“Market conditions are challenging clients with increased enforcement and regulation across borders and the vast amount of stored information requires significant experience with analyzing data and identifying risk,” said Brian Loughman, Americas Leader of Fraud Investigation & Disputes Services for the global EY organization. “Brannon brings significant experience with complex data analysis, information planning and data normalization that will help us better serve our clients dealing with fraud, disputes and responding to regulators.”

Brannon joins Ernst & Young LLP from FTI Consulting, where she co-led the Financial and Enterprise Data Analytics practice in San Francisco. She has advised counsel in a variety of consumer class actions, financial and fraud investigations, breach of contract, intellectual property, and antitrust matters. She also has been engaged in various projects that involved analysis of large amounts of electronic data, sampling and statistical inferences, as well as development and design of specialized databases and applications.

Brannon is a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified SAS Programmer and holds an M.S. in economics from Oklahoma State University and a M.S. in petroleum engineering and economics from National Oil and Gas University, Ukraine. She is fluent in Ukrainian.
