Benchmarking tool

We provide the participants with a free electronic tool for in-house benchmark analysis using the survey results.

The Benchmarking tool allows to compare salary levels in the selected company with respective market salary levels and calculate the amounts required for adjustment of salary levels according to the chosen market benchmark. The tool allows data representation in the form of diagrams and graphs for preparation of management reports.
