Who we are
The EY Foundation Australia was established in 2004 and is focused on supporting youth, aligned to our purpose of building a better working world and to EY’s global corporate responsibility focus of supporting the next generation.
EY Foundation recognises that Australia’s young people are vital to the sustainable progress of business and society. The focus of the Foundation’s relationships is in the key areas of youth education, employment, indigenous, serious illness and mental illness.
How we help our community partners
We provide practical help to those that need it most through pro-bono professional services, mentoring, financial giving and volunteering.
We work individually with each of our supported charities to see where we can add the most value. This takes many forms and is tailored to meet their individual needs and organisation.
Our people work within the non-profit sector by providing professional support and services. The work we do draws on our experience and knowledge in professional services, enabling us to support the charity organisations and other community groups in many different ways.
Our workplace giving program enables our people to make regular or one-off donations to their favourite charity as a payroll deduction. Donations are matched dollar for dollar by EY (caps apply) and can be given to our supported charities or any registered charity.
All of our people are encouraged to participate in volunteering through mentoring, with charities or more generally in the community, and are provided with a day volunteer time each year.
Please note: EY does not accept unsolicited requests for funding
