The application process

2 Screening of application
We will screen your application and, if there is a match, we will send an invitation to complete our online assessments.
3 Selection days & assessments
Once you have successfully completed our online tests, you will be invited for one of our selection days. The selection day will consist of an assessment center and an interview.
If the outcome of the interview and assessment center is positive, you will receive an offer!
