She is a driven team player with her head in finance and moving the business forward. Anouk has the gift to materialize dreams and is a front runner in the sharing economy. She is married, a young mom of a son Robin, in love with the beaches of Amsterdam and Ibiza, yoga and fitness.

Judith Huisman has 20 years' experience in the hospitality and meetings industry. Working for international hotel chains, she realized the opportunity to transform the traditional searching and booking processes of meetings & group reservations to online while keeping the hospitality passion to serve multi-national brands. She loves to challenge existing patterns, explores female intuition and holistic mindset. She is a foody, active in body balance and sailing, married and proud mother of 2 daughters.

Anouk and Judith have been awarded with the Next Women100, Sprout Challenger 50 and 4 times Deloitte Fast50.

Antonia Albert is the Founder and CEO of Careship, an online marketplace for in-home ederly care and companionship, which she founded in 2015 with her brother Nikolaus. The company gives simple access to qualified and certified care professional with a relentless focus on establishing the best possible relationship between a loved one and their caregiver. Careship has been part of the Axel Springer Plug and Play Accelerator program and although based in Berlin is expanding into other cities across Germany including Hamburg, Dusseldorf and Frankfurt. The company’s vision is to combine technology with a human touch and revolutionize in-home senior care by tackling the whole consumer experience from beginning to end

Barbara Sołtysińska is the president and co-founder of LifeTube (the biggest multichannel YouTube network in CEE region) and co-founder of indaHash.com (global technology for conducting native content marketing campaigns with over 70 000 digital influencers). For outstanding contribution to interactive marketing and advertising, she was the first woman to be awarded “Man of the Year“ title by Interactive Advertising Bureau during MIXX Awards IAB 2015 (one of the most important and trendsetting competition in Poland). Considered to be one of the 100 Most Inspiring People of Polish Interactive Industry, nominated for “Women in Business“ and “Man of the Internet“ titles and awarded in “Businesswoman of the year“ competition.

Carina Röllig grew up in a family of entrepreneurs and so she learned quite early what it means to start and manage a business. She studied business administration at the Technical University of Dresden. The MBA Event Marketing at the Technical University Chemnitz broadened and deepened her experience on the topic of Corporate Communications. In 2010, together with Sabine Maßmann and Dr. Hanna Köpcke, they discovered the great potential of the innovative matching technology. They founded Webdata Solutions GmbH in 2012 and released the market analysis software blackbee. Today the Leipzig-based company is one of the fastest growing German startups and employs 40 staff members. The numerous customers include leading international brand manufacturers and retailers.

Carol-Ann Lovera met with Sophie Blin 20 years ago on school benches (INSEEC Paris), and two passionate friends decided to create Bloomup in 2010. Carol-Ann has a 13 years background in mass distribution, recruitment office but also into international cosmetics brands as John Frieda and Sephora. She has marketing, commercial and merchandising skills and she’s in charge of the marketing, communication and financial fields at Bloomup.

Charlotte Sieradzki graduated from Dauphine University in 2008 from a masters in Communication and marketing. She spent 4 years in the media industry as an Account Manager at Starcom Mediavest, Publicis Group. She left this major group to join a Startup where she stayed a year before creating Cook Angels with Joy.

After studying at Dauphine University, Joy Solal graduated from a master in European Business from ESCP in 2009. She spent 4 years in London working in the Luxury Marketing for Group Seb and then Cartier. She left Great Britain to create Cook Angels with Charlotte in 2012.

Feeling that the traditional ideas of what felt sexy felt so outdated, Emily wanted to redefine sensuality for the new generation. The story and vision for the brand was simple. Fashion-led high designed luxurious lingerie and nightwear collections made with the highest quality at an affordable price. Bluebella is a lingerie brand with strength, attitude and modernity at its heart; designed to redefine sensuality. The multi award winning brand has a fast growing ecommerce business (bluebella.com), is stocked in most major UK retailers and has a fast growing international business.

Enrica Arena is the Co-Founder and CMO of Orange Fiber. Born in Catania, Sicily, she has obtained a degree in International cooperation and Communication. Enrica has worked in the communication field for the non-profit sector and as project manager for the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and UNDP-Egypt, where her passion in social entrepreneurship as driving force for growth and development started. She joined the Orange Fiber project at the very beginning of its development, and now she is in charge of project management, communication and participation to national and international contests. She partners with Adriana Santanocito, Co-Founder and CEO.

Le Cicogne

Entrepreneur and passionate about startups, Giulia Gazzelloni is the co-founder of Le Cicogne, the leading Italian platform for babysitting services. She graduated in Political Science and in Management with a major in Innovation and entrepreneurship at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. She is an Alumna of InnovAction Lab, top-notch program for young Italian entrepreneurs. Her startup, today part of the PiCampus network, raised €450k from VCs and business angels and it’s aiming to expand all over Europe.

Monica Archibugi holds a degree in Health Economics. She has transformed her babysitting activity in business. In 2013 she founded the company “Le Cicogne”, today active throughout Italy. The goal is to arrive in 2017 in another European country. The open mindset enabled her to create her own startup, starting from the establishment of a strong team, then applying for an acceleration program at LUISS ENLABS in Rome and getting the first investment.

Lenka is an economist and she is involved in IT business since 1993, when her husband and her set up a company. From the very beginning she was in charge of the company's economy. The company was growing fast and they needed to cover other business areas. She went back to school and got a certificate from the managerial and tax law. In 2001, they have changed the legal form of the company. Since then, Lenka work as the CEO. She is in charge of economic department and managing all big projects. In 2011, she was awarded the prize of The Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic - The Best Woman Entrepreneur.

Louise Broni-Mensah is the award-winning founder and CEO of Shoobs.com, the fast growing online event discovery and booking platform for local nightlife events. As the founder of Shoobs, Louise is the first solo female founder from the UK to be financially backed by Y Combinator, the world-renowned accelerator programme based in Silicon Valley. Louise has won a number of awards to date, such as the Shell Live Wire award and recognised as one of Britain’s most influential Black people in Business as noted by the PowerList. Louise holds a Mathematical Economics BSc degree from The University of Birmingham.

With a young team of 190+ people, Vivre is a "technological tiger" disrupting the traditional brick & mortar industry of furniture & decorations retailing. Married with 3 kids, Monica strives to be the best CEO she can be, a great mom and devoted wife.

“Your passion often catches up with you,” confides Myriam Keramane. Aged 20, she gave up studying Law to follow in her family’s footsteps and devote herself to her passion: hair. Her affinity for hair technology and transformation led her to seek products that she could not find on the market. Without further ado, she decided to create them herself. This unexpected success for Myriam, who is dedicated to enhancing her customers’ beauty, opened up new horizons for her. She decided to fully embrace a career as a hair product creator, which has now been her life’s work since 2010.

Its customers are world-wide governments, TOP 500 companies and SMEs. Petra has a bachelor degree in technical business administration and followed several IT, Cybersecurity and management courses during her working career. Besides her work at Compumatica, she is councilor of the city Mill & Sint Hubert. She is member of the Advisory board i.o of dcypher.
