Evropská unie zpřísňuje obchodní sankce vůči Ruské federaci

Nařízením Rady (EU) 2022/263 dochází k rozšíření seznamu zboží, které se zakazuje prodávat, dodávat, převádět nebo vyvážet na území Ruska a okupovaná území Doněcké a Luhanské oblasti. Plné znění tohoto (a dalších souvisejících) nařízení je dostupné ZDE.

Sankce se týkají kapitol 25-29, 72-76, 78-81, 86, 88-89, 98 celního sazebníku a dále celé řady produktů popsaných na úrovní čtyřmístných kódů celního sazebníku. Na seznam tak mj. patří:

  • Minerální oleje a chemikálie
  • Železo, ocel, měď, hliník a další kovy a výrobky z nich
  • Parní a hydraulické turbíny, centrifugy, reaktory a další podobné výrobky
  • Lednice, mrazáky a podobné výrobky
  • Různé druhy strojního zařízení a výpočetní techniky
  • Nákladní vozidla, lodě, letadla a další dopravní prostředky

Lze předpokládat, že okruh sankcí se bude dále rozšiřovat. Seznam je skutečně rozsáhlý, doporučujeme proto všem vývozcům pečlivě si jej prostudovat. Situaci monitorujeme a o dalším vývoji budeme informovat.

    European Union tightens trade sanctions against the Russian Federation

    Council Regulation (EU) 2022/263 extends the list of goods prohibited for sale, supply, transfer or export to the territory of Russia and the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The full text of this (and other related) Regulations is available HERE.

    The sanctions affect Chapters 25-29, 72-76, 78-81, 86, 88-89, 98 of the Customs Tariff, as well as a range of products described at the level of four-digit Customs Tariff codes. The list thus includes, inter alia:

    • Mineral oils and chemicals
    • Iron, steel, copper, aluminium and other metals and articles thereof
    • Steam and hydraulic turbines, centrifuges, reactors and other similar products
    • Refrigerators, freezers and similar products
    • Miscellaneous machinery and computer equipment
    • Trucks, ships, aircraft and other means of transport

    It can be assumed that the range of sanctions will continue to expand. The list is indeed extensive and all exporters are therefore advised to study it carefully. We are monitoring the situation and will keep you informed of further developments.
