Nordic Security Center

To help Nordic businesses tackle their challenges related to IT security, information security and information management with special shielding requirements, EY has established an operations center, the Nordic Security Center (NSC), in Oslo.

The NSC has a dedicated team of technical information security specialists delivering CTM services to both our Nordic and international clients. The team consists of experienced industry professionals, who constantly update their knowledge through training and acquirement of professional certifications.

Our center in Oslo is part of EY’s global Advanced Security Center network, which brings together over 4,000 security consultants. This gives us a strong international perspective, an ideal infrastructure for sharing information and a unique ability to deliver services on a global basis for our clients. Beyond the technical expertise of our personnel, the NSC has extensive experience in and knowledge of the operational management of information security in both the private and public sector.

The NSC was certified against ISO/IEC 27001:2005 standard in December 2011 and recertified against ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard in August 2015. This certification means that we have established and complied with a comprehensive management system for information security, whose primary purpose is to protect our customers' data and to streamline our processes. The established processes ensure that we continuously assess and strengthen our security measures. Altogether, the center is set up with robust safeguards that protect our clients' assets at all times.
