Dillon leads the Energy Cybersecurity, Privacy and Trusted Technology team based in the US, which helps energy and critical infrastructure organizations across the US to improve their security and resilience risk profile.

For more than 20 years, he has worked closely with industry leaders, particularly in power and utilities, to manage cybersecurity and technology risk across the enterprise.

Prior to his current role, Dillon built and led the EY Cybersecurity team in Japan where he lived for three years. Before joining EY, he led IT risk management and compliance at a US financial services company, where he also assisted in defining and leading IT initiatives in support of the business strategy.

Now based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Dillon is a proud alumnus of Furman University.
