Fatima Hassan-Szlamka

Fatima has more than a decade of public policy experience, advising senior corporate leaders and policymakers in the UK and internationally.

She contributes to EY Global Public Policy work in audit, financial services and technology. Fatima also works closely with the Office of the EY Global Chairman in its engagement with the World Economic Forum (WEF) on sustainability issues.

Prior to joining EY, Fatima advised the CEOs of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). She has also advised the UK government, including chairing a working group on internships.

Fatima holds a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Hofstra University and an MA in International Relations from the University of Westminster. She also holds a Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business from ICAEW.

How Fatima is building a better working world

Diversity and inclusiveness helps to drive better decision-making that is reflective of the differing views, experiences and cultures in society. Fatima co-chairs the Diversity & Inclusiveness Committee in the EY Jericho office, which provides a program of activities to help EY professionals access the insights and skills of the network’s diverse leadership.
