Naiden Kostadinov is a Partner and Tax Service Line Leader of EY for Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo. He also leads the EY Accounting and Payroll services.
Naiden has joined EY in 2001 as part of the Assurance department where he gained vast business experience on assurance engagements for leading local companies and multinationals. Naiden has also been part of the Strategy and Transactions department where he led transaction support, restructuring and working capital advisory projects for major banks and corporates from various sectors.
In 2013 Naiden became the Accounting and Payroll Services Country Leader. He was admitted to partnership in 2016, while in 2019 he was appointed as the leader of the entire Tax Service practice.
Naiden has led projects for providing accounting, payroll, tax compliance, transaction advisory and assurance services to companies in operating in IT, telecom, energy, oil&gas, banking, shared services, pharmaceuticals and other sectors.
He has delivered financial analysis and IFRS training programs to banks and to the Bulgarian tax administration. He is the author of several media articles on outsourcing, investment analysis and working capital management.
Naiden holds a master’s degree in Accounting & Control from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPA) in Bulgaria.
