Felipe has more than 15 years of consulting experience including M&A, corporate and business-unit strategy, value creation and transaction strategy. Many of his projects were performed to help with investment, transaction and growth decisions involving analysis of new businesses, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, feasibility analysis, portfolio optimization and capital advisory.
He is focused on providing growth strategy, market entry strategy, corporate finance, business planning, capital budgeting, valuation, commercial due diligence and portfolio and investment strategy to private equity and venture capital funds, mid-size firms and large companies across sectors and countries.
Felipe earned his undergraduate degree, in Business Administration from Mackenzie University in São Paulo. He received his MBA from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in São Paulo, Brazil. He also has an executive certificate in Strategy from Harvard Business School.
