How Fiona is building a better working world

“I find that when working with families, in order to help them address complex (and emotional) challenges around succession and estate planning, one of the most important things is to take the time to listen and to learn about what is most important to them. In doing so, I can then draw on my experience to provide them with the most appropriate advice and assist them put in place a framework to facilitate their succession plans and the engagement of the next generation."
