Lucas heads up the capital advisory activities of the real estate sector in Australia, leading transactions and market insights regarding capital markets and funding solutions, providing the link between EY’s Capital and Debt Advisory and Real Estate Advisory Services.

Lucas is also the sector knowledge leader for EY Oceania, staying at the forefront of trends and innovation in real estate.

Prior to joining EY, Lucas managed a major Australian bank’s exposure and product offering to a vast range of real estate clients from the largest AREITS to private property developers, dealing with the complete range of real estate assets.

Lucas holds a bachelor degree from UWA and post-graduate degrees in finance and investment from FINSIA.
