Luke has over thirty years of real estate advisory experience within the Australian and Asian market place, specialising in transaction advisory and due diligence for mixed use development projects. Luke also provides advice on financial and feasibility modelling, related party fees including PM and DM fees and assists clients with funding and financing development projects.
He has worked with clients to maximise value capture for large scale infrastructure projects, and is an expert on the build to rent sector.
He has a Master of Project Management (Property Development) from the Queensland University of Technology and is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute and a Member of RIC
