Meredith has more than 25 years experience in delivery of business change and technology-enabled transformation. She has an outstanding track record for the delivery of successful business change programs in Financial Services as well as Consumer Packaged Goods and a range of other industries.
Meredith leads the Quality management function for EY’s Consulting business across the Asia Pacific region as Asia Pacific Consulting Quality Leader. Her key accountabilities are to work with the Consulting leadership to oversee all commercial risk management matters. She leads the Service Quality program which is focussed on “delivering exceptional client service in a consistent and professional manner.”
Meredith is the EY Fintech Advisor in Australia. She is passionate about working with fintechs, industry bodies, government and regulators to help develop a collaborative financial services environment where the emerging fintech sector can continue to grow and thrive. She leads the EY Fintech Australia Census, and is an active contributor to the FinTech community in Australia.
Prior to joining EY, Meredith led the risk management and quality assurance function of a global consulting business, managed large scale IT delivery programs across the Asia Pacific and Japan, as well as the enterprise portfolio and project delivery for a major bank.
In 2013, Meredith received the PMI Australia National Award for Contribution to Women in Project Management.
