Paul is a strategic and technical people leader known internationally for his thought leadership on digital health and the use of health information to drive policy or health service delivery improvements.

Paul provides leadership in digital health and life sciences with an emphasis on privacy and consent, data integration, longitudinal analytics, and human system insights.

His career has included roles as Chief Health Information Officer, Senior Client Partner, and Chief Innovation Officer, predominantly within healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry.

Paul is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Digital Health (FAIDH) and Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce (FRSA).

How Paul is building a better working world

From inventing a novel marine turbine for generating renewable energy from tidal stream flows, to producing a strategic vision and framework for wildfire operations future capability, to demonstrating the use of augmented reality to identify pharmaceutical products and provide relevant patient information, to helping unite the chronic pain community in Europe, to optimising reach and awareness of communications for electronic health records; Paul’s life so far has been one of passion and innovation to build a better working world.
