Rob is EY’s Oceania Growth Markets Leader. With 25 years experience as a Big 4 Partner in successful Leadership and Executive roles, Rob has spent the past five years running the firm’s Entrepreneurial programs and advising Entrepreneurs on rapidly growing their businesses.
Rob has developed his diversified skill base through hands on executive secondment roles in companies undertaking transformational change, including acquisition integration, and divisional separation. More recently Rob has worked closely with many start-up companies, incubators and accelerators.
Rob had great success in sport in his younger years, only to be struck down by injury. However he has spent the last 30 years contributing across multiple sports including as a Director of leading AFL football club Richmond for 15 years, Chair of his sport of hockey for the past 10, and a member of the Australian Sports Commission’s Audit and Risk committees.
