Since joining EY in 2002, Maxim has focused on building Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) in the CIS and is currently the EY CIS FAAS Leader.

With over 25 years of professional experience in advisory services, audit and accounting, Maxim serves clients from numerous sectors, ranging from government and public to large multinationals, mainly in Russia and other CIS countries.

Maxim has deep knowledge and expertise in accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, related systems and processes, transformation and finance function improvement.

Maxim has a degree in Economics from the Moscow Aviation Institute and is a certified Russian Auditor and a member of the Auditor’s Chamber of Russia.
