Areas of focus

Bill has more than 25 years of experience in advising government and public sector clients on a range of complex, iconic infrastructure projects around the world.

He is a board member of UNECE PPP Business Advisory Board and is on the B20 Infrastructure and Investment Taskforce. Bill is the EY Global Client Service Partner for the Rockefeller Foundation 100 Resilient Cities initiative. He has a master’s degree in Economics with Accountancy from the University of Aberdeen.
