Ben is an Executive Director in the Business Consulting practice for the Financial Services in Belgium focusing on performance improvement projects in the Financial Crime domain.
Ben started his career as external auditor focusing on the Banking industry. In 2009, he joined EY in the Performance Improvement practice focusing on Finance projects.
Since 2016 Ben is focusing on Financial Crime supporting banks with multiple transformation programs and the organization of operational support. Ben performs best when he is confronted to large and complex implementation projects, where process efficiency and customer experience are key in a context where remaining compliant is a must.

I am passionate about delivering projects that meet customer needs, always with a focus on structural solutions.
As part of my role as lead for the Financial Crime solution, it is also my objective to motivate and challenge my colleagues, but also listen to their needs so that they can continue to grow and develop themselves.
