The pension landscape is constantly evolving. The role of a consulting actuary is to optimize the balance between the risks and revenues, seeking to provide workers with sufficient income after their active work life.

How Cecile is building a better working world

Pension and other employee coverages are not only a cost, but a benefit for the workers receiving it. My purpose is to support companies to provide their workers with the solutions they want, in order to allow the future retirees to enjoy the after-work life as much as possible while feeling protected in case of an unexpected event. Because when you stop working you don’t stop living. Because protecting our loved ones is key for our well-being.
