Ingrid has gained extensive HR leadership experience in multinational companies. A broad experience in key HR practice areas like performance & talent management, talent acquisition, employer branding and learning & development. She joined EY twice, in 2006 as a financial auditor and in 2017 as head of recruitment & talent management within the internal HR team. Since December 2021 she has been leading the HROnsite practice.
Ingrid holds a Master degree in Management Sciences and a additional degree in Human Resources Management.
