Ilham Kadri is CEO and President of the Executive Committee of Solvay, an advanced materials and specialty chemicals company which addresses key societal challenges in sustainable mobility and resource efficiency.

Prior to joining Solvay, Dr. Kadri was CEO and President of Diversey. She led its turnaround leading to its spin off and and successful sale to Bain Capital.

Dr. Kadri is a world citizen with a rich professional experience across a variety of industries in four continents and with leading multinationals, including Shell, UCB, Huntsman, Dow Chemical and Sealed Air.

Dr. Kadri actively promotes inclusion and diversity and is committed to mentoring young women and promoting women in STEM. She is the founder of the ISSA Hygieia™ Network, a non-profit foundation promoting women in the hygiene industry. She is a non-executive board member at A.O. Smith.

Dr. Kadri holds a degree in chemical engineering from L’Ecole des Hauts Polymères in Strasbourg and a PhD in macromolecular physico-chemistry from Strasbourg’s Louis Pasteur University.

Patrick Rottiers holds a master’s degree in economics and an additional master’s in far eastern business. He started working at EY in 1988 and has nearly 30 years of experience in the firm, of which an assignment at the EY office in Baltimore in the United States. Patrick has been a member of the Regional Leadership Team of Belgium and the Netherlands since 1 July 2016 and is currently member of the Leadership Team of France, Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Peter De Keyzer worked as an economist and chief economist for major financial institutions such as KBC, ABN Amro and BNP Paribas Fortis. In 2013 he published “Growth Makes You Happy” - his plea for optimism, innovation and free markets as sources of progress. In 2016 he co-founded Growth Inc - a strategic communications firm. Peter De Keyzer is a regular commentator in the financial and economic press.
