As the EY Global Tax CDP Leader, Margherita leads her teams across the globe to transform tax compliance and reporting services by bringing technology to the market that can help centralize, standardize, and automate these services.
Prior to assuming her current role, Margherita was the EY Asia-Pacific Leader for Global Compliance and Reporting, assisting clients with the operational aspects of their tax functions, including global tax compliance and reporting, accounting compliance and reporting as well as tax risk management and tax outsourcing.
Margherita has more than three decades of experience in the coordination of Australian and international tax planning, advice and compliance both in income tax and indirect taxes.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Sydney University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
