Tatiana's career spans three decades, almost two of which have been at EY. An economist specialized in business, she is the Partner responsible for building and developing the Diversity and Inclusion and Digital Foundry Consulting practices in Latin America. These are the newest challenges faced by Tatiana – in 2002, when she joined EY, her task was to develop the EY Human Capital practice in Brazil, an area she has led for the last 12 years.
Tatiana was a member of the executive committee of EY Brazil for eight years. Her initiatives included approving gender equality policies, and she was responsible for the creation of the EY Institute, to train and include handicapped professionals.
Her experience with D&I and Digital was reinforced when she became the first woman to lead the Tax practice of EY in Brazil. As such, she led the digital transformation in the Tax practice – and was elected the Most Influential Woman In Tax Services in Brazil by Acquisition International, a British business magazine.
Tatiana is married to an entrepreneur and mother of two sons, who are 18 and 20 years old now.
