As US Private Equity Leader, Bill serves private equity clients throughout their investment cycle — from diligence to post-close, building portfolio company value and helping funds exit successfully.

Having led more than 250 transactions, including industry consolidations and roll-ups, and complex carve-out transactions with valuations ranging from US$25 millions to US$6 billion, he has deep knowledge in various sectors, including software, technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, chemicals and financial services.

Seasoned in cross-border transactions, Bill’s work has helped him improve his skills in M&A, corporate finance, due diligence, portfolio performance analysis and transaction support.

Bill earned his MBA in finance from Seton Hall University and his BS in accounting from the University of Scranton.
