How Stephen is building a better working world
“Supporting our people at work and at home is an important priority to me. That’s why we recently introduced an enhanced mental health benefit up to $5,000 for all employees and their dependents annually, and a new digital cognitive behaviour therapy resource free for our employees and their families, to help people with mild to moderate symptoms of depression and anxiety.
I believe that employers have a responsibility to care for their employees’ mental health just as much as they do about job performance, which is why I’m committed to making these benefits available for our people and continuing to enhance all of our benefits for our people going forward.”
