Tony is a talent and workforce professional focused on in enterprise performance improvement. He is currently a Partner in EY Global People Advisory services and serves as the EY Global Industry Leader and the EY Americas Leader for Transformation.
In his current role, Tony has lead the design and implementation support of work streams within functional transformation projects including process, systems, organizational design and change management structure. He has been responsible for the design and implementation of several shared services centers.
Tony has also led numerous M&A integration projects from a function, people and process perspective. Prior to joining EY, Tony served as an Executive Advisor for a large consulting firm where he led enterprise transformation engagements.
Tony has earned a master's degree in Human Resources and a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Engineering Management from the University of South Carolina.
