Technology holds the promise of a better working world for all of us. But less than a third of the world's technical workforce are women. This means that bias is still being built into our future and we are not harnessing the full potential of technology to benefit everyone.
We have a role to play in both education and development of future female technology leaders. To inspire, innovate and empower, in turn supporting closing the gender gap in tech.
We believe that a technology career at EY Financial Services is an exciting place to be for all inquisitive minds, not just techies. Our FY22 program of exciting initiatives, therefore aims to challenge dated misconceptions about what it's like to work in the world of financial services.
Festival of innovation
Day 1: Discover EY with our icebreakers, 'Collaborative challenge' session in the field of Sustainable Finance, Innovative Technology and Strategy, as well as innovative workshops.
Day 2: Develop your digital mindset through impactful presentations from our tech gurus, participate in the 'Collaborative challenge' semi-final and receive a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion workshop from EY.
Day 3: Celebration day! Ask our (female) EY leaders all of your questions in the field of Tech, Leadership, Innovation etc. The day will close with final pitches of the 'Collaborative challenge'.
Upon a completed registration with your CV, your application will be reviewed. Should you be successful, you will receive the confirmation and final invite within a few days. Please mark and reserve 15, 16 and 17 March 2022 in your calendar after you have registered with us.
Eligibility criteria
► Interest in Financial Services sector and curious/passionate about a career in technology
► Currently studying in Switzerland, regardless of which semester or background
► Good command of English
► Submission of your updated CV
