PWN "Let’s Talk about Mindful Homes"

We are pleased to invite you to the second event of the Mindful Living Series, where we will talk about Mindful Homes and how the physical environment in which we live can impact our energy levels and our general wellbeing and contentment.

When Dolores, EY Manager, finally got to do the cleaning and de-cluttering of her house, she discovered a new source of energy. She created a cozy home that supported her and her family to better relax and connect with themselves. Even though what works and doesn’t work at home varies greatly from person to person, in this session we will discuss some general concepts that might help anyone. Dolores will share with us her tips how to give a special touch to your homes and how to transform it into a sacred place, to which you will always want to come back to, and which will encourage the right habits you want to build up on.

This is a second event as part of the EY Mindful Living series. It will be followed by three other Let’s Talk events through November – January, for which you will receive separate invites (more information below). This invitation is open to all professionals.

Our guest speaker:

Dolores Sommer is a Manager in the EY FSO Finance and Technology team in Zurich and has been working in the finance sector for over 7 years. Since joining EY 2 years ago, she has been supporting with technology implementations for one of our main Swiss insurance clients. Dolores, originally from Uruguay, moved to Zurich with her husband 4 years ago. Since living in Zurich, they have been building a home together, where they focus on creating cozy and calm space that promotes their family's wellbeing. They got inspired by concepts like Hygge, Feng Sui or decluttering. Dolores is also passionate about outdoor sports and activities (especially field hockey), as well as healthy nutrition.
