Pascale Lenz new head of HR at EY in Switzerland

Zurich, 25 August 2020. EY Switzerland has appointed Pascale Lenz as new head of HR. She will take on this position as of September 1, 2020, replacing Mario Vieli, who has decided to take on a new career challenge at another organization after twelve years at EY.

EY Switzerland has appointed Pascale Lenz as new head of HR. She will take on this position as of September 1, 2020, replacing Mario Vieli, who has decided to take on a new career challenge at another organization after twelve years at EY.

Pascale Lenz has 25 years of experience in human resources with continually increasing professional and management responsibility in this field. Apart from a brief foray to a major bank, she acquired her expertise at technology giant IBM: She headed the Industry Solutions Lab at IBM Research in Rüschlikon (canton of Zurich) with responsibility for the customer center and its specialists and was later responsible for Executive Talent Management in a European role, to name only two stages in her career. As HR Services Manager, she was in charge of launching new HR tools and harmonization of processes for all HR areas As Head HR Business Partner from 2013 to 2017, she served the Germany/Austria/Switzerland (GSA German-speaking area) market region, a role in which she was responsible for human resources aspects within the Global Technology Services business unit. Most recently, Pascale Lenz held the position of Head HR and was a member of IBM’s Swiss-based management.
