As Head of Talent, Mario leads a high caliber team of HR professionals at EY Switzerland in their efforts to attract, retain and develop talents as well as in contributing to the corporate development of the firm.
Since joining EY, he led several teams as well as numerous client advisory engagements across different sectors and geographies. In 2016, following 6 years as Talent Partner for selected service lines, he transitioned into his role as Head of Talent.
Mario holds a Master degree in Science from the Universtity of Zurich, an EMBA from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and is on track to finish his postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources in 2021.
