How Michael is building a better working world
For Michael it is the constant exchange with clients. His goal is to work with clients to find out what motivates them and to propel them to additional improvements.
"It's about developing solutions together as a team instead of working in a traditional relationship of service provider and client. For me, it is paramount to approach tasks with enthusiasm, guided by the motto "leading by example"."
