With nearly two decades of experience and as EY Consulting Services risk technology leader, David has helped EY clients implement risk, capital, and regulatory technology solutions. He has led large global engagements across the technology system development life cycle. He has advised many top-tier international and US banks on their regulatory and compliance efforts which included projects spanning Basel, CCAR, and Reg W programs, Data Quality and Governance, Credit Risk architecture, Risk Reporting, Credit Portfolio Management and implementation of third party risk management solutions.

David's experience in risk and capital management in the post-financial crisis regulatory transformation era, has made him an expert on the challenges the industry faces in innovating under the scrutiny of regulators and stakeholders with little room for error. David and his teams use this knowledge to help clients safely and profitably transform and pursue their growth and innovation agenda.

David is a member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), and received his Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification in 2004. David holds an MBA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College and an engineering degree in Computer Science from the Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur in Lille, France.
