Bill joined EY Greater China as the CFO in 2012. He is CPA qualified with more than three decades of finance related experience, including over two decades in the professional services industry in China.
Before joining EY, Bill served as the Finance Director of another Big Four organization. Bill graduated from the City University of Hong Kong in 1989 and received his MBA from the University of Manchester.
