As an EY Asia-Pacific Co-Leader of Global Incentives, Innovation and Location Services, Zack helps companies identify, assess and create equitable partnerships with the government jurisdictions they operate in.
Zack supports businesses in examining plans of capital investment, research and development, and location-specific economic impact to determine and implement cost savings through the utilization of government funding schemes, incentives and policy changes on a global basis.
He has assisted clients in securing over US$5 billion in country, state and local government incentives related to business expansion, relocation and consolidation decisions.
Zack obtained a B.S. in Accounting and Finance (Real Estate Concentration) from Indiana’s Kelley School of Business. Zack is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
