EY People Advisory Services, which helps organizations effectively harness their people agenda as part of a highly integrated business strategy, was cited for its execution, innovation and voice of the customer.
The HFS Top 10 research is based on a comprehensive analysis of employee experience services and solutions. Participating organizations have been assessed on three criteria: Voice of the Customer, Ability to Execute, and Innovation Capability.
EY strengths noted in the report include:
- The ability to help clients think differently, present current leading practices and devise next-gen solutions with data solutions to identify the most pressing issues and opportunities
- Operating horizontally with HR services across organizations, both of which are key to experience and deriving long-term value
- Regional emphasis among the global EY network, which helps ensure that critical skills are available at scale for local markets while tapping into a global network and resources, and
- An internal practice that bring proven people solutions to market, such as the EY PX360 solution, developed with SAP® SuccessFactors® and Qualtrics, which helps enable businesses to pull experience data and operational data from multiple SAP and other systems to derive real-time insights about employees’ and contingent workers’ experiences.
