EY Cyprus is hosting the learning and development program “EY Online Training and Virtual Internship Program - An introduction to professional development” which is organized by ZBG Rising Star Management Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd, whose parent company is Guangzhou Zhongbo Education Corporation Limited, one of China’s largest professional qualification providers.
The Program is a self-paced, web-based learning program, which addresses future young professionals, who aim towards enhancing their professional capacity in view of their transition from the academic world to the business world.
The program is consisted of eleven (11) modules and it has a duration of approximately twenty-two (22) hours. Each module is introduced via a dedicated video, which explains the aims of the module, and after each module the participants will have to pass an examination so that they can proceed to the next module. At the end of the program, the participants will have to demonstrate their upgraded knowledge and skills via specific tasks, so that they can successfully complete the program.
The program will be delivered via a cutting-edge learning management system, to which the participants will have individualized access for a period of three months and will be able to direct their own time schedule. The content of the program is aligned with internationally acknowledged good practices and it is designed by experienced instructional designers.
The program starts with one (1) informative module on the role and the scope of EY, followed by one (1) module on business ethics based on the EY Global Code of Conduct. The next eight (8) modules comprise a comprehensive approach to a set of methodologies which are essential for the provision of professional services, based on key elements of the respective EY methods and approaches. Finally, the program is concluded by one (1) module on the transition from the current virtual internship program to the interactive online internship program of EY.
Moreover, all the participants will be eligible to attend an interactive session of the “International Business Exclusive Webinar” with senior EY executives, dedicated to the “EY Online Training and Virtual Internship Program”, whilst the top performing participants will be eligible to attend private or group coaching sessions with EY professional coaches.
Each successful participant of the “EY Online Training and Virtual Internship” will be awarded with an EY Certificate and the participants of the “International Business Exclusive Webinar” will be awarded with an EY Certificate of Attendance, whereas the top performing participants who will attend the coaching sessions will be eligible for the award of a Reference Letter, in accordance with their performance.
